Spending Time at Desert Mountain
May is another busy month at Desert Mountain. From festive theme nights to holiday parties, Desert Mountain Members have access to a wealth of exclusive events throughout the year. Is it possible to have too much fun on the Mountain?
Here’s a look at May’s vast menu of recreation and social pursuits.
Mother’s Day Brunch
We’re thankful for the inspiring women who raised us and loved us, and continue to bring joy to our lives. On Mother’s Day, moms were treated to a lovely brunch featuring live entertainment and scrumptious offerings. We hope you felt extra spoiled!
Cinco De Mayo Fiesta
It was a fiesta at Outlaw for our Cinco De Mayo party! Our resident beer burros, Poncho & Manley, supplied the ice cold Coronas, while Members enjoyed street tacos, a full Mexican buffet, tequila tasting, and live music!
Our Members also celebrated Cinco de Mayo at the croquet lawn! To get in the spirit for the festivities, they enjoyed social play with music, food, and cocktail service.
Mountain Mania and Mountain Magic
Members on the Mountain know we’ve got fun and games. With back-to-back Member/Guest tournaments, Members were able to show their guests just how Desert Mountain Club puts on a party! We recently celebrated two of the nation’s greatest Member-Guest events, Mountain Mania for the men and Mountain Magic for the women.
The women welcomed their guests to the jungle at Mountain Magic! No cheetahs out on the course, but a lot of monkeying around at the Awards Presentation party. These women know how to put the rumble in the jungle!
Then, we stepped out of the locker room and onto the field for the men’s sports-themed Mountain Mania!. From a tee off to a touchdown, these guys know how to celebrate a victory!
Memorial Day
There’s no better way to kick off summer than by spending Memorial Day weekend at Desert Mountain. Our Members will enjoy a BBQ while their kids head to Sonoran for a day of camp fun! From parties and desert adventures to awe-inspiring sunrise hikes, there’s plenty of fun to be had this holiday weekend.
End of School Family Pool Party
The kids at Desert Mountain are celebrating the end of the school with a pool party at Sonoran! Members can expect splash contests and entertainment for the whole family.
