Access to the six Jack Nicklaus courses is not permitted, even as a guest of a Golf Member. Membership may be upgraded to a Full Golf Membership upon availability.

LIFESTYLE MEMBERSHIP

Includes access to all clubhouses, restaurants and grills, nature trails, and social clubs. Golf access is not permitted even as a guest of a Golf Member. Membership may be upgraded upon availability.

 

All properties within the Seven Desert Mountain™ community are deed-restricted to include the requirement of Membership to Desert Mountain Club. Buyers must submit a Membership application and receive an invitation to join Desert Mountain Club before a non-refundable deposit on a home purchase can be accepted by the homebuilder.
